To be made effective online (stand alone mode) w.e.f. 10.08.2020

• *Closing date of receiving of Online Application for Admissions:

25^th August, 2020

• *Last date of Admissions in All Online Courses:

On any of 30 working days (including Saturdays) from the date of commencement of issuance of Online Applications, i.e. 10.09.2020

• *Commencement of Classes:

The commencement of the next academic session shall be decided by the State Government when the COV1D-19 situation permits so. The commencement date to be decided shall be uniform for all State Universities and binding as well vide Government Order No. 378-EH/lU-37/2020, duted 27.06.2020 as under sub clause 2020J) of the said order.

• Name of work—“Civil &S-P maintenance work for Repair & Renovation of Auditorium Stage floor of Southfield College, Darjeeling .
• Estimated cost—Rs. 193291/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred Ninety One Only)
• Earnest money—Asumof 3865/-(Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five only) in the form of CTS Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Principal, Southfield College, Darjeeling is to be attached in original with the tender documents as earnest money, failing which the tender will be treated as cancelled.
• Time of completion: 30 Days .

• Eligibility……Intending bidders should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 (five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; or, should produce credentials of 2 (two) similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5(five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. The photo copy of the credential document(s) / certificate(s) is required to be attached with the tender documents, otherwise the tender will be treated as canceled. Only payment certificate will not be treated as credentials. Credential certificate issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent or competent authority of a State/Central Government, State / Central Govt Undertaking, Statutory / Autonomous bodies constituted under the Central / State Statute, on the executed value of completed work will be taken as credential.
• Defect Liability Period – 3 (three) years from the date of successful completion of the job.
• Last date of receipt of application for tender : 18/12/2019 upto1.30pm.
• Last date of sale or issue of tender paper : 20/12/2019 upto 1.30pm.
• Last date and time of tender submission : 24/12/2019 upto 2.00pm.
• Tentative date and time of tender opening : 26/12/2019 after 11.00 am.
